La crêperie vous offre des crêpes bretonnes, des repas à la truite fumée, aux saucisses de wapiti, de bison, de sanglier fumé à l'érable provenant du fumoir de St-Damien. Historique Fondé en 2010. We are an ice cream parlour for the summer period that serves crepes year round. All year, we offer a wide variety of maple smoked products to take home from the St-Damien Smoker. Our latest novelty, ''El Churrito''. Plain or with Belgium chocolate, they are so delectable. Crepes: You will discover Breton style meal crepes with Smoked trout, Elk sausage, Bison sausage, Wild boar sausage and so much more from the St-Damien Smoker. Icecream Parlour: ''La bouche en folie'' is one of the few ice cream parlour newly in Joliette to offer 48 flavours of soft ice cream. You will discover frozen yogourts, ''tornadoes'', slushes made with real fruits, banana splits, the ''bouche en folie'' and so much more.
