Harpenn Construction Inc. was established in 2005 to continue developing the growing portfolio of properties owned within our investment group along with building new single and multi-family homes. Harpenn Construction is a General Contractor with experience in renovating the interior and exterior of existing buildings and building new single and multi family properties. We are experienced in LOGIX ICF Block installation. Harpenn Construction is able to take on small and large complex projects from start to finish. Although Harpenn Construction is a General Contractor we also Sub-Contract our services out on other projects. The only items we do not currently do in-house is major electrical, major plumbing and major HVAC. For these items we use knowledge sub contractors who have worked with us for many years. Harpenn Construction has renovated over 1,000 apartment units, & added 156 additional suites to existing Buildings. We have build single and multi family dwellings. We have completed small insurance restoration projects (Single family residential and Single apartment units), we have also completed large insurance restorations that involved entire apartment blocks.
