The Foodlums Catering is an event caterer providing large event catering throughout the Okanagan. We specialize in buffets and authentic BBQ as well as gourmet cooking classes. Growing up in the North Thompson on the family farm was the key to leading Executive Chef Tim Floritto into a culinary career. With home grown beef, pork, chicken and lamb as well as a huge vegetable garden and orchard, it was almost a pre determined outcome.
