My first experience going to the gym was in my teens, I was nervous and felt lost but had a vision of what I wanted to achieve. I started to educate myself on proper techniques and routines and soon fell in love with going to the gym to better myself. I have learned it takes discipline, patience and determination to achieve incredible things. Rome was not built in one day, neither is a dream body. I have spent 4 years + doing trial and error of what works best and perfected my training program
