Welcome to REACH Early Learning Centres (ELC) South Delta, a non-profit Centre of Excellence in early learning, offering a high-quality program designed to give children the strongest possible start in life. Our full-day childcare centre is for children 3-5 years and located within Ladner Memorial Park and just steps from the Ladner Pioneer Library—where a love of learning begins—our centre connects children to both nature and community in meaningful ways. REACH Early Learning Centre is more than childcare—we create a foundation for lifelong learning, confidence, and well-being. Give your child the best possible start. Children are nurtured in a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment where they are encouraged to explore, discover, and build strong relationships. Affordable Child Care Benefit is eligible funding determined by the province of BC, and it takes into consideration your household income, family size and type of childcare needed.
