Northern Guardian Inspections Ontario is a locally owned and operated Ontario business. Owner / operator Daniel Heather is a Certified Property Inspector and member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Along with being a certified home inspector, Daniel has a background in construction and Certificate in Real Estate as presented by The Ontario Real Estate Association and a Business Leadership Certificate as presented by the Fanshawe College Board of Governors. Daniel is originally from London, Ontario, worked for 39 years in a heavy manufacturing industry and is still located and active as member of various organizations within the community. He has two grown children that live out of province, and 4 grandchildren. He is very proud of all of them. For fun Daniel enjoys biking, walking, hiking, golfing, fishing and keeping up to date with current technologies.
