Individuals may find it helpful to simply share their stories that they have not been able to tell anyone else. I aim to provide counselling that is client-centred, goal oriented, supportive, and non-judgmental. I recognize the importance of preserving an equal relationship with my clients, where goals and decisions are created mutually.
