Like all great stories, this one begins with two friends. It was refreshing to find another individual in the financial industry with similar views on how to run a business. Although two decades behind Maurice in the business, Brad found a mentor that had built his practice the right way. In Brad, Maurice had a friend that brought a wealth of education and exuberance to their interactions. As in all great friendships, they each brought their unique style and, together, have fostered an environment of support and growth. When asked why they have been so successful together, they respond “We begin each day with respect, love, and honesty. We treat each other and all those we encounter with integrity, with fairness, and with kindness. We don’t do this to be successful in business, though that is a rewarding by-product. We do this because we strive to be better men, and ultimately to give more back to the world we are so fortunate to inhabit”.
