MEDATECH Engineering Services Ltd. is a specialist in Hydraulics, Controls & Powertrain System Design. We design and build custom mobile heavy equipment. We started in the Mining sector in 2003 and have since expanded into Construction, Waste, Transportation, and Energy. We’re known as the ‘engineering ninjas’ of the heavy equipment world, building custom machines for the likes of Vale, Torex and HydroOne. Two of our technologies have blossomed into maunfacturing divisions - ALTDRIVE battery electric vehicle powertrain systems and components & BORTERRA advanced heavy drilling equipment. Together with all of our other engineering services, these have helped us become experts in engineering consulting and in heavy equipment manufacturing. All of our solutions are technology-and-automation-forward. We build things that help you do more with less. We provide engineering, design, and prototyping service to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) specializing in mobile equipment. Our products and services include electric & hybrid powertrain design and manufacturing, as well as industrial software development, hydraulic system design, CAN-Bus control system design, mechanical engineering & design, failure analysis & testing analysis and heavy equipment prototyping.
