Kingsway Arms has now been operating retirement homes for nearly 15 years. Today we manage 1,200 beds and have a staff in excess of 350 people. Our only business is the retirement home business and we continually ensure our staff is the most highly trained in the industry by mandating regular staff attendance at our annual symposiums and through many additional professional development programs. We regularly review and update our training practices. Additionally, we are one of the few operators that have experience in the delivery of care for cognitive impairment.
