Dave's Drum Shop opened in Ottawa, Ontario in 2007. Dave Dudley spent many years working as the drum manager Song Bird Music in Ottawa. "As drum manager of a mainly used business and a touring/recording drummer I learned many things about drums from repairing and refurbishing beginner sets to reconditioning/restoring the finest vintage drums. I also learned what equipment was best for recording and touring from almost 20 years of experience"
