Osteopathy is a six-year degree and also offers treatment of fascia*, but it expands on Rolfing with joint manipulation, treatment of visceral organs (liver, heart, kidneys) and cranial bones and brain tissue imbalances. Osteopathy is often covered by many extended insurances.
