Our residential division services the Region of Waterloo (Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo) while our Commercial Division does the same area plus the GTA (Greater Toronto Area.) The bulk of our residential jobs are booked over the telephone. Commercially, we are prominent in the Carpet Appearance Management Programs and jobs through it are booked a year in advance. We are in the buildings the same day every week and month, depending on the program and the cleaning frequencies.
