Ken Connolly began renovating and building homes in 1999 on a full time basis. Most of his working life he has been involved in the construction industry, and was excited to open his own residential construction company. The company has grown steadily over the years, based on Ken’s values and character. In recent years Pheasant Hill Homes Ltd. has been recognized as a local industry leader, even winning a CARE award for one if its homes. In 2006 the Built Green BC program was launched, and Pheasant Hill was among the first contractors to participate. In fact, they were the first to complete a certified Built Green BC home in the central Island area, and have achieved Platinum results on all of their homes since then. Jason Schmidt joined Pheasant Hill in 2007, and has since become a partner in the company. Jason also brings considerable experience, a love of building, and a high standard of integrity to his work. The company has grown to include three forward-thinking journeyman carpenters and apprentices. Together with their support staff they build ever more sustainable homes for their clients.
