Al Huda Pita Bakery & Restaurant brings the rich, authentic flavours of Mediterranean cuisine to North Edmonton. As the first new pita bakery in the city in 20 years, we take pride in offering fresh, traditional pita and a variety of Lebanese dishes that celebrate our culinary heritage. Founded by Sam Taliani and his brothers, who began baking pita in 2000, we are dedicated to sharing the time-honored recipes from our hometown of Barelias in Beqaa, Lebanon. We are open daily from 8 am to 8 pm. Come in for your favourite breakfast and manakeesh , we also produce our own fresh pita bread daily.
